Two HDMI sockets do not guarantee dual 4K60
Anker separates the supported modes by the laptop’s DisplayPort version. Its table lists lower resolutions for dual Windows displays than the single-display headline. Check the dual-screen row, not only the 4K label, especially if you already own two high-resolution monitors.

A separate 100W PD charger and suitable cable are needed for the advertised maximum 85W pass-through charging. The remaining power is reserved for the hub. That means the small adapter by itself is not a replacement for the laptop’s power supply.
What makes it useful away from the main desk
The two USB-A data connections, Ethernet, and SD/microSD readers give the 553 more variety than a simple HDMI dongle. It fits a workflow that alternates a presentation screen, wired network, and memory card. If independent dual screens on a Mac are your main reason to buy, compare a DisplayLink or suitably supported Thunderbolt model before choosing this portable format.
