Belkin 4-in-1 Multiport Adapter AVC006

The AVC006 fits a simple portable setup: one HDMI screen, two USB-A peripherals, and a USB-C power input. It is an option to consider when a large dock would mostly contain unused ports.

Consider it for

  • A lightweight HDMI presentation kit
  • One-screen setups with two USB-A accessories

Check before buying

  • 4K refresh rate limited to 30Hz
  • No Ethernet or card reader; separate charger needed

One screen, with a specific refresh-rate ceiling

The manufacturer lists HDMI output up to 4K at 30Hz. If the monitor is your main daily workspace and you expect 60Hz at 4K, choose a different adapter. For a presentation or secondary reference display, the compromise may be reasonable after checking the host’s video capability.

Do not budget the full input wattage for the laptop

Belkin reserves 15W for the adapter’s operation. Its 100W pass-through headline consequently means up to 85W available to the computer from an appropriate supply. A charger is not included; with a smaller existing supply, the net laptop power falls accordingly.

A short inventory prevents buying twice

The physical port list has no Ethernet or card reader. A USB-A keyboard and mouse can use both accessory sockets, leaving no free USB-A connection for a flash drive unless another device is unplugged. Think through that ordinary exchange before deciding four ports are enough. The tethered host cable also favors placing the adapter next to the laptop rather than routing it across a large desk.
